CAPSI’2016 organizing committee invites the community to submit proposals for the organization of thematic sessions in areas of interest for the conference.
Proposals will be evaluated by the presidents of the committees of the conference. The decision will be based in the global merit of the proposal.
To submit a proposal, you should fill in the template and send it by email to: capsi2016@iscap.ipp.pt.
Deadline for the submission of proposals for thematic sessions; April 1st, 2016.
The responsible for the thematic sessions will have the following responsibilities:
– To assure the promotion of the session and an adequate number of papers.
– Coordinating with the chairs of the Program Committee the revision of the papers, assuring at least 2 reviewers.
– To participate in the conference and to chair the session.
– Coordinating with the Organizing Committee all the issues related with the occurrence of the session.

A organização da CAPSI’2016 convida toda a comunidade académica e empresarial a submeter propostas para a organização de sessões temáticas em áreas de interesse da conferência.
As propostas serão avaliadas pelos Presidentes das diversas Comissões da Conferência. A decisão terá como base o mérito global da proposta.
Para submeter uma proposta de sessão temática, deverá preencher o modelo e enviá-lo por correio electrónico para o endereço: capsi2016@iscap.ipp.pt.
Prazo para a apresentação de propostas para sessões temáticas; 01 de Abril de 2016.
Os responsáveis pelas sessões temáticas deverão:
– Assegurar a promoção da sessão e um número adequado de trabalhos.
– Articular com a Comissão de Programa a revisão dos trabalhos, assegurando pelo menos por 2 revisores.
– Participar na conferência e presidir às sessões.
– Articular com a Comissão Organizadora todos os aspectos relacionados com a realização das mesmas.
